Claudia Rahl

Claudia A. Rahl, age 75, of Reynoldsburg, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Embassy of Pickerington. She was born on November 22, 1947 in Lorain, OH, daughter of the late Claude and Betty (Sterrett) Rahl. Claudia retired from the State of Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services following over 30 years of service. She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Harless and grandson, Matthew Rahl, her two cats Smokey and Bandit, and many friends. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother James “Jim” Rahl and stepmother Viola “Vi” Rahl. Claudia was a graduate of Admiral King High Schools in Lorain and attended The Ohio State University. She loved her family and was so proud of her grandson Matthew and his passion for music. She enjoyed to travel, cruise, and visit Walt Disney World. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, June 29, 2023 at SCHOEDINGER EAST, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232, where friends may call from 12 noon-1:00 pm Thursday. Interment to follow Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
