Clarence E. McCutcheon

In loving memory of Clarence E. McCutcheon, age 78, of Columbus, Ohio who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born July 1, 1942 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Cecil and Goldie (Campbell) McCutcheon. Clarence was a retired machinist from Jeffrey Mining and Manufacturing Company. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lulla Ramsey McCutcheon who he married on August 11, 1962 and enjoyed 56 years as husband and wife. They lived in the same house for over 50 years which was a home where neighbors and friends gathered on the front porch and always felt welcome. Clarence is survived by his daughters, Lora (Chris) Mapes and Ronda (Bill) Kness; grandchildren Andy (Alyssa) Smith, Dusty (Larissa) Smith and Ryan Watkins; great-grandchildren Brandon Smith, Izabella Watkins, Maxwell Smith, Layna Smith and Brody Watkins; brother and sisters, Lucille Sellars, Eva Mae Harless, Eugene McCutcheon and Pearl Gillenwater; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Also preceded in death by his sisters, Violet, Phyllis, Virginia and Ruth and brothers, Cecil Jr. and David. Family and friends may call from 6-8pm Thursday, July 1, 2021 at SCHOEDINGER EAST, 5360 E.
