Carol Ann Finke, age 70, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 4, 1945. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Finke; father, William Seegmiller; mother and step-father, Belle and Glenn M. Matthews. She is survived by her brother, Glenn (Terri) Matthews; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don (Joan) Finke; dear friend, Jamese Bailey; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Schoedinger East Chapel.
