Vivian Judy Schmitt

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA. with Reverend Paul Thomas officiating. Interment to follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday form 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Mrs. Schmitt was born in Harris County, GA. on August 26, 1945 to the late Jesse Melvin Clark and Mardell Lee Clark. She was a lifelong resident and a homemaker. Mrs. Schmitt loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing a good dice game such as Yahtzee or Kismet or spending hours putting together a good puzzle.

Survivors include her children; Larry Schmitt, Jesse Schmitt (Regina) and Tanja Floyd, sisters, Brenda Johnson, and Carolyn Stroud, brothers, Melvin Douglas Clark and Keith Dennis Clark, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
