A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Edgewood Baptist Church 3564 Forrest Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sound Choices Pregnancy Center, 1316 Wynnton Ct. Columbus, Georgia 31906.
He was born to the late Helen and Robert Trebony on May 19, 1949. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Pharmacy, and Masters of Divinity at Emory University.
He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Bobby was a Pharmacist for 40 years, former Methodist Minister, and a former police officer. Bobby was Christian by faith, he was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. He held many roles in the church to include Sunday School Teacher, Deacon, and assisted with the Edgewood After School Program. Bobby loved his family, friends and serving his community. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.
Bobby is survived by his wife Susan J. Trebony; sons: Michael (Krissy) Trebony and Todd (Jill) Trebony; grandchildren: Jacob, Elijah, Savannah, Haley and Cassidy; brother-in-law Ronald (Lynn) Horton; sister-in-law Sharon Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents Helen and Robert Trebony.
