Patricia Anne Barnes, age 88, of Columbus, GA passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024. Born September 2, 1936 in Wedowee, AL, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Wilson and Martha Eunice (Todd) Spooner.
Patricia was a faithful member of her community through Pinehurst Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Edward Eugene (Siri) Barnes, Deborah (Larry) Pannell, Rebekah Judene (Bill) Hollander, Brenda Carolyn Barnes, Tim (Linda) Barnes, William Jonathan (Karen) Barnes; her sister, Dot Brown; her 13 grandchildren; her 30 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and adopted children.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Pinehurst Baptist Church, 4217 St. Marys Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907 on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 2:00PM, Reverend Dennis Jennings and Dr. Tony Dickerson will be officiating. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, 4500 St. Marys Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907. A visitation for family and friends will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, St. Elmo Room, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907 on Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM.
