J J Harrelson

JJ was born on February 16, 1973 in Columbus, GA; the son of Mike Harrelson and Jenny Hurlbert. He graduated from Columbus High School in 1991 and attended ABAC in Tifton, GA. He worked for 27 years as an electrician with the Muscogee County School District. JJ loved picking guitars with his brother, Jake, raising bucking bulls, the Georgia Bulldogs and spending his life with his wife and best friend, Shannon. Above all else, JJ loved God.

Other than his parents and step-mother, Debbi, he is survived by his wife and biggest fan, Shannon Harrelson; sister, Kasey Lyttle (Dean) of Sun City, AZ; brothers, Jake Harrelson of Columbus, GA and David Herring (Stacey) of Murray, KY,; nephews and nieces; Gage, Bentley and Storie Lyttle of Sun City, AZ; Hannah Simmons of Columbus, GA and Hunter Simmons of Hamilton, GA; Max Herring of Murray, KY; and great-nephew; Kash Nelson of Columbus, GA.
