My prayers sent for Edy's loved ones.  She was loved by many.  And her love for her family was infinite.  RIP my friend.

Praying for all of the family and friends.  I will cherish my memories of Edie, we went to Hardaway High School and had some great times in and out of school.  Lots of laughs with her.  Love you Edie aka Ugly.

I never thought I'd be doing this. I have so many memories of you. But I guess my favorite one would have to the Night you, Becky and me went to your work and I was helping push the carts and fell over and had you laughing you so hard then we ended up at krysatls with me ordering sunrisers In a funny voice that made us all laugh so hard but embarrassed the mess out of you! You will definitely be missed and we will cherish all of the memories we have with you. May you rest in paradise Edie. Becky, im here, always.

My heart aches for the loss of sweet Edie.
I know her through work..HIPPA prevents me from saying how..but she was a wonderful patient...a big heart for dogs...most of our conversations were about our pets.
Special prayers for her soulmate and her puppy dogs 
Edie is reunited with a dog she lost while being a patient. I can find comfort in knowing they are reunited.

My wife and I have been best friends with Danny and his wife Carey since the 90s, we knew Edie and loved her,  she was full of energy and always joking. It was such a shock when we heard about her passing. We will miss her, prayers for Danny, his dad and her family, we know Edie was always there for her dad every day going to be so hard for them all. Edie, Thank you for being a friend!  I am so glad we met a couple years ago. I have loved getting to know you and hearing about your life. You were definitely a person that would do anything for anybody.  I know Zander, Becky and your daddy were your world! You talked about them all the time! And of course the grandbabies! I’m so glad you shared those conversations with me.

I attended Calvary Baptist Church with Edie and her sister Donna as a child. I’m telling you every memory I have of Edie she was always smiling. I was fortunate to know her as an adult also.
 Although I haven’t seen her in the last few years I will treasure the times I got to see her and Becky as they came out to see our band.
  The times they came to hear us play Edie requested the song “Free” by the Zach Brown Band.
  I can still see her in the audience singing along.
Edie you are soaring now and as “ free as you’ll ever be “ with God.

A few years ago when Edie and Becky came to a Full Circle Band dinner in Eufaula. It was Christmas time so the Grinch made his appearance. As always Edie was smiling and such a fun spirited woman. 🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚

Wanda and I are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Edie. Danny and Mr O'pry and family we will be praying for you all in this most difficult of times. May the good lord give you peace and comfort in the days that follow. God bless and may he watch over you all.

It’s with a heavy heart that I say my goodbyes to a friend!  Edie and I met in 1996 , she was the young lady at the Fina gas station that she ran for her father, the first time we spoke we knew we had a connection, We talked about her hair,  at the time I was in cosmetology school. She was like can you cut my hair? I was like sure  and after the hair cut I became her personal Hair Stylist, even tho her hairstyle never changed over the years lol.  We build a bond over the years, I became her confidant and a person of reasoning. We were roommates at one point of time and Lordy did we have fun during those times. There were time she’d call me out the blue, hey Nicole get dressed we going out, I’d be like when, she’d say now let’s grab a bite to eat and go hang out. She was a very sweet person and very caring, she was a good friend and employee, I could count on her to get the job done, she took a lot of pride in her work and I trusted her to do the right thing.  There were times we would go week's without talking but when she’d call or if I called it was like we just talked the night before, we had a unique friendship.  I knew I could count on her and she on me! 
Edie and her family has always been very dear to me and I will definitely miss her and she will always have a special place in my heart. I love you Edie O’pry (Shrimp)  R.I.P! Till we meet again!

It's with a deeply saddened heart that I write this about Edie. For many years, we were next door neighbors. Many waves across the yards, many How Ya Doin? going back and forth, many front yard talks about anything. We moved a couple years ago from there, but the O'Pry's were never forgotten. Edie left her mark on our family and we cherished that. Rest well my friend.
