Dennis W. Henderson, 65, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on November 13, 2023 at his home. He was born on November 13, 1958 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dennis loved God and faithfully served at Evangel Temple. Dennis also served his country in the United States Navy. He owned and operated Pride Carpet Cleaners for more than 20 years. Dennis loved the great outdoors and enjoyed spending time on the water especially with his family and grandchildren.
He leaves his loving memory to be cherished by his parents, Donnie (Slats) Henderson and Benise Mincey; his daughter Marci DelosSantos and her husband Dino; his son Brandon Wallis and his wife Jenna; five grandchildren: Josh, Claire, Caroline, Carter and Austen; his two brothers: Darrin and Lee; and various other family and friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A service to celebrate his life will begin at 6:00 PM following the visitation.
