Betty Jean Hall

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Main Post Cemetery with Reverend Carla Hall officiating according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA. A visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm at the funeral home.

Betty was born in Atlanta, GA. on December 27, 1935 to the late, John T. Ragsdale and Mamie Elee Gilley Ragsdale. She retired from the Chattahoochee Counsel for the Boy Scout of America where she served as the Registrar for many years. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wayne Hall, a sister, Jackie Ferguson and a brother, John L. Ragsdale.

She is survived by her children, Christopher Hall (Kathy) of Dacula, GA. Bonnie J, Phillips of Phenix City, AL, and Richard Allen Hall (Carla) of Ridgeland, MS, a sister, Mary Brodeur of Fitchburg, MA, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
