Letha Albert Brown

COLUMBIA – Letha Albert Brown, 95, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Earlewood Baptist Church with burial following at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. Born in Blythewood, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert William and Essie Mae Albert. Mrs. Brown was a long time member of Earlewood Baptist Church. She was very active with the seniors, Sunday School and even the nursery. She is survived by her daughter; Sandra Moseley and husband Leo of Virginia Beach, VA; step-daughters, Tudy Clark and husband Bob of Columbia; Jean Weeks of Duncan, SC and Malinda Hood of Lyman, SC; step-sons; Jason D. Brown of Riverview, FL; grandchildren, Leighann Childress and Kay Moseley; step grandchildren; Melissa Brus, Jodie Collins, Eddie Weeks, Michael Rhodes, Douglas Rhodes, Jr., Tammy Rhodes, Robin Brown, Jaycee Brown, Jason Brown, Jr.; great grandson, Martin Gleaton and many step-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Jason Leon Brown, she was predeceased by her brothers; Cole Blease Albert and Robert William Albert, Jr. and sister, Beulah Fulmer Albert. The family wishes to thank Hands & Hearts Home Care for sending us Lisa McIntosh and Regina Stroud whom became loving members of our family. Heartfelt thanks to Agape Hospice which made a difficult situation tolerable through their kindness, compassion and knowledge.
