Renee’ Bracey Windham, age 66, of Foxworth, MS passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. A native of Foxworth, she was a clerk in the grocery business and of the Christian faith. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Renee’ was preceded in death by her parents, Noland and Wilkie Bracey; and sister, Elaine Connett. She is survived by three daughters, Naomi (James) Helms of Deer Park, TX, Jamye (Jacob) Fortenberry of Foxworth, and Amye (Jesse) Long of Tylertown, MS; two sons, Daniel Shaul of Birmingham, AL, and Prater “PJ” Windham of Magee, MS; and nine grandchildren, Daniel Shaul, III, Tiffini Shaul, Brittini Shaul, Hannalee Helms, Remi Helms, Cole Fortenberry, Luke Fortenberry, James Long, and Addison Long.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11am at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia, MS where friends may visit with family from 10:00am until service time. Reverend Zack Smith will officiate at the service and interment will be at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Foxworth. Pallbearers will be Jesse Long, James Helms, Daniel Shaul, James Pittman, Justin Pittman, and David Windham. Honorary pallbearer will be Hunter Pittman.
