Dimple Foxworth, age 80 of Columbia, MS passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018. Dimple was a lifelong resident of Marion County and a 1955 graduate of Columbia High School. She was employed with Shepard’s Pharmacy in Columbia for over 40 years and was a member of North Columbia Baptist Church. Dimple was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Foxworth; a son, James Foxworth and a brother, Roy McCain, Jr. She is survived by a son, Jason Foxworth of Senatobia, MS; a granddaughter, Haley Foxworth of Manhattan, NY; two sisters, Sherry Buckley and her husband, Austin of Columbia, MS and Kay Boleware of Collierville, TN. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to Lisa Crump and Mitzie Mulford for providing loving care and assistance. There will be a visitation at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 10:00am to 12:00pm with a funeral service in the chapel at 12:00pm. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Dr. Joe Wiggins will officiate the service and musical selections will be provided by Larry and Carolyn Lott. Pallbearers will be Joe Pope, Mondal Miller, Buddy Jones, Howard Budget, Jimmy Pittman and John Sabine.
