Margaret Elizabeth Davidson

Margaret Elizabeth Davidson, 94, of Columbia passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Southampton Place. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Elizabeth was born on September 4, 1924 in Boone County the daughter of Dorsey Blackburn and Eunice (Gravitt) Blackburn.

Elizabeth was a seamstress and worked in shops in downtown Columbia. She was later employed at 3-M. She will remembered for her keen sense of humor, infectious giggle and her kind gentle spirit. She was “a great example of how she touched so many lives just by being kind.” She will be remembered for the love she had for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by one daughter: Deborah Wright of Columbia; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a son in law: Terry Green. She was preceded in death by a son: John Davidson and one daughter: Christine Green.

Memorials may be made to the Rocheport Cemetery or the Parkinson’s Foundation in care of the funeral home.
