She was born in Jefferson City, on December 31 ,1957, the daughter of Milo Walz, Jr and Pat (Vieth) Walz. On January 11, 1986 she married John Page in Jefferson City, MO.
Lisa grew up in Jefferson City and graduated from Jefferson City High School. She went on to get her bachelors degree in Interior Design from Southwest Missouri State. Upon graduation she went to work at Milo H. Walz Home Furnishing, the family business, as an interior designer where she worked along side her father. Together, Lisa and John continued the tradition of building and managing small business including Turn the Page Child Development Center, Capital Speedway, Castle and Lighthouse Car Wash, JoLi Development, and J-Bar Construction. Lisa also enjoyed her time spent working at Frame Works Gifts & Interiors.
Besides her work Lisa remained involved in Sigma Kappa, her college sorority, held numerous positions in Kings Daughters, and was part of various church bible studies. Lisa was an avid reader, loved craft projects, and relaxing in her pool. But above all her work and activities Lisa’s greatest passion was her family. Lisa loved spending time with them and watching them do the things they were passionate about. There was nothing she would not do for them.
Lisa is survived by her husband John; her sons Andrew Page (Kasi) of Hartsburg and Spencer Page of Columbia; her grandchildren Easton, Hadley, Ava and Hudson; her siblings Mike Walz of Columbia, Debbie Austin of Columbia, Lori Hinmon (Les) of Kansas City, Joy Jolly (Al) of Jefferson City; and many nieces and nephews.
