On March 29, 2020, Robert Sinclair Clark passed away from complications with MS. Beloved son of Joline Clark and the late Robert Clark. Brother of Deborah Kirkpatrick and husband Gary, Kathleen Clark, and Jennifer Howard. Uncle of John D. Howard.
Robert graduated from Oakland Mills High School in 1976. Funeral services will be private.
