Nancy Roberts Burleson passed away peacefully on Sunday March 31, 2024 in the presence of her family at home. Nancy worked in many professions starting with enlisting in the Air Force out of high school where she was honorably discharged and went on to be a devoted Christian who helped many and spread the gospel whenever an opportunity was available. She devoted time as a youth mentor and chaperone on many mission trips and local activities helping her community and those in need. Nancy was preceded in death by her son (David) and is survived by her Son, Bruce Burleson, His wife Katerina Burleson, Daughter Rebecca Brown and grandchildren (Rachael, Kasiani, Dimitrios), great grandchildren (Alyssa, Brandon) and great great grandchild (Leo). She is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
A visitation for Nancy will be held Monday, April 8, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD 21045, followed by a funeral service from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
