A funeral service for Joe will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California.
