Retired MSgt U.S Air Force, 43-year Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his wife, Sarah Parsons; ; four sons, Ray Parsons, David Parsons, Wayne Parsons, and William Parsons; two daughters, Teresa Jones, and Deborah Manriquez; and his 14 grandchildren and was preceded in death by his daughter Billie Parsons.
