Stephen A Buchanan

He was born in Ashland, Kentucky on September 21,1940. Steve graduated from Cedar Grove High School in West Virginia in 1958. He went on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West Virginia. Steve worked as an engineer for American Electric Power for 30 years. He loved all things trains. His passion was to help others to know the truth about Jesus, so he gave away the book, AN ANCHOR FOR THE SOUL. Steve faithfully attended Cathedral Rock Church in Monument, Colorado.

Steve is preceded in death by his father and mother, William and Ellen Buchanan, and his brother Philip. Steve is survived by his wife, Janice, of 59 years, his son David (Joelle), his daughter Anne (Mark), five grandchildren - Jeremy, Bethany, Katy, Kyle, and Rachel, and one great granddaughter, Charlotte, and his sister, Karen Crowder.
