Patrick Kenneth Morris

It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that we mourn the passing of Patrick Morris. Patrick left this world the same way he lived in it—genuine, unwavering, and with a style all his own. He was a man who never compromised on being himself, regardless of any curveball life threw his way. He navigated every situation with that distinct Patrick poise and style, which left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

An avid lover of the great outdoors, Patrick found peace in nature’s vastness. Fly-fishing was one of his greatest passions as well as hiking up a mountain or sitting quietly under the stars. He felt most at home with the wind in his hair and the earth beneath his feet. His love of animals was just as strong, as many creatures seemed to gravitate toward his warm, open heart.

His passion for life extended to music where he found rhythm and solace. But one of his greatest fulfillments came from helping children, especially those with special needs. Patrick worked as a paraprofessional at the elementary level where he had a unique ability to connect, to make the children feel seen and heard, and this was his gift. Patrick cared deeply, in his own distinct way, and it is this compassion that will be remembered by so many.

Patrick had an unmatched wit, always quick with a clever comeback or a perfectly timed “Pat style” joke to break even the most awkward silence. No matter how offbeat his humor could be, it was always fitting in a way that only Patrick could pull off. His sense of humor was sharp, and he could somehow brighten any room with a laugh, whether it was tasteful or not. He was also a master of nicknames, offering monikers to friends and family that would stick for a lifetime.

Above all, Patrick was real. Real in his love, real in his kindness, and real in his humor. We will forever cherish the memories of his unique, clever, and caring spirit. He touched lives in ways that will continue to ripple outward, with every laugh and every warm memory he leaves behind.

Rest easy, Patrick. You will be missed more than words can say.

Patrick is survived by his parents Kenneth and Maureen Morris, his siblings Kristen Law (Bill), Timmy (Candice), Sean (Gethen), and Maggie Youkhana (Fadi), his nieces and nephews Joseph Law (Alie), Megan Chase (Joey), Julia Law (Aaron), Thomas, John, and Addie Law, Jessica, Emily and Abigail Schutz, Kiera, Maya and Ruby Morris, Kaedance and Aria Morris, Amelia Youkhana and great nieces and nephews Kieran, Aiden and Tyler Law. He is also survived by a very large extended family.
