Louise was born July 18, 1922. She passed away peacefully and entered Heaven October 17, 2010. Although born in North Carolina, she considered her home to be Louisville, Kentucky. Upon her husband's retirement from the Air Force in 1970, she and her family relocated to Colorado Springs.
She loved Colorado Springs, having been married here in 1956 and lived the first years of her marriage. Louise was a homemaker and spent many years working in the ABC Kiddie Shop with her owner-husband. She loved playing cards with family and friends, and immensely enjoyed watching Fox News.
She is survived by two sons, Melvin and Edward; a daughter, Patty Adair; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Her husband, Gerald J. Hagerman, along with three brothers and one sister, preceded her in death.
Her celebration of life service will be at 10 A.M. Saturday at Mountain View Mortuary, 2350 Montebello Square Drive. Arrangements under the direction of Mountain View Mortuary, Colorado Springs, CO. Private burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver.
