Joshua Joseph McGuire

He was born on January 7, 1978 in Warsaw, Indiana to Holly Susan (Nicholls) and David Burnis McGuire.

Joshua was a 1996 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. In his youth he enjoyed BMX racing and was a member of the Horse and Pony 4-H Club, and he never tired of shooting pool. After high school he worked various jobs, like most young adults, just simply trying to find his niche. He was fearless and wasn’t afraid to just pick up and move. He moved to Michigan in 2015 and resided there until moving to Colorado in 2018. Joshua always found a job wherever he was and made new friends, but his best friend was always his dog Roscoe.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Holly and David McGuire (Warsaw, Indiana); son: Braxton Chase McGuire (Warsaw, Indiana); and his sister: Brandy (Robert) Fey (Ft. Wayne, Indiana). He also leaves behind two nieces: Mariah and Nyomie; his grandfather: Harold Nicholls (Hendersonville, North Carolina); and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his McGuire grandparents and Grandma Nicholls.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana. Joshua’s life will be celebrated with a service immediately following visitation at 12:00 noon and officiated by Ben Irvine.
