Hertha Gordon

Hertha was born to Jakob and Johanna Huber in Salzburg, Austria on February 18, 1942.

Hertha married James Gordon on July 28, 1966 after a few years of courtship. They remained married until her death. She had five children that she devoted her life to.

She enjoyed years of swimming and in recent years looked forward to her time at the senior center every Thursday with a group of German and Austrian ladies.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Hanni, brother Hermann, eldest daughter Manuela Gordon, and son James Gordon.

Hertha is survived by her husband James; children Manfred Huber, Annie Gordon and Nicole Gordon; grandchildren Lakesha Gordon, Sandra Trenk, Gabriel Gordon and Shayla Gordon Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Hertha devoted her life selflessly to her husband, children and grandchildren. Her love and care was unmeasurable. Those that knew her, loved her, and she extended that love tenfold in return.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who have reached out in this most difficult time.

Funeral services will be held at 10AM on April 8, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a burial at Pikes Peak National Cemetery.
