Cody Humphrey

Cody Lynn Humphrey - September 23, 1982 - March 19, 2023. Cody grew up in the Arkansas Valley and graduated from Fowler High School where he found one of his passions in life, art. He had a natural talent for drawing which was nurtured by his art teacher and mentor, Sandy (Moss) Nelson McClure. Upon graduation, he joined the Navy which opened up a new world to Cody. Any task he undertook, he did so with the attitude that it would be done correctly. While in the Navy, he also discovered a passion for his cars and motorcycles. He was always buying a fix-er-upper and improving it then sold most of them. Cody was married 3 times, to which one of these unions produced 2 sons, one adopted Arik Bergman and one biologic , Jacob Humphrey who became both his pride and his joy. He took fatherhood like anything else he did, do it well and make it better. At the time of his passing, Cody had accomplished a great deal in his Navy career and a new life with his son. Cody is survived by his mother and step-father, Kay and Rick Pratt, sister April Humphrey, brother Dustin Humphrey, brother in law Timothy Smith, sons Arik Bergman and Jacob Humphrey, aunts, an uncle and numerous cousins and wife Amanda.
