Pastor Adam John Taylor

Pastor Adam John Taylor, age 48, passed away on May 12, after a long illness. A highly regarded and compassionate leader of several ministries in Colorado Springs, Adam Taylor was raised in Rye NY and New York City. Grandson of Andrew and Bergdot Goodman.

He moved to Colorado Springs in 1996 where he became the director of The World Prayer Center and then the Director of Prayer at Every Home for Christ before helping found the Springs Church with his wife Pastor Julie Taylor, Gary and Kelly Wilkerson and Patrick and Alicia Dow.

Together they oversaw the pastoral prayer ministries at The Springs Church.

He is survived by his wife Julie Taylor, his two daughters Alexandra and Lauren, his mother and his stepfather, Mary Ann and Bruno Quinson, his brothers Geoffrey and Joshua Taylor, his step brothers Timothy and Christopher Quinson and numerous nieces and nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his brother, Luke Taylor and his father James Gary Taylor.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, at 7:00 p.m. at The Springs Church.
