He was born in Hays County Texas on July 7, 1965 to John Edward Kelley and Edith Roberts Kelley.
Terry was a laid back type of guy who loved his family with all his heart. He worked hard driving heavy equipment throughout his life to give them the best life possible. While he loved his wife Ashley with all his heart everyone knew that his children were his life. He would pick on them, make them laugh and find new ways to show his kindness not only to his family but to all around him. In his spare time he enjoyed keeping busy because he hated to stay still. It always seemed as if he were outside working on his yard, fixing cars and motorcycles, or rebuilding his dune buggy. His infectious smile and kind loving heart will be cherished by all who loved him.
Terry is survived by his wife Ashley Kelley of Colorado City, by his sons Brett Kelley of Utah, Robert Sheets of Utah, Isaiah Colegrove of Colorado City, and Trynton Kelley of Colorado City, and by daughters Kayla Poulsen and husband David of Utah, Nykole Kelley of Colorado City, Nevaeh Colegrove of Colorado City, and Zoeie Duffer of Colorado City, as well as by grandchildren Preston, Madison, River, Rhiatt, Dayton, Jayden, and Alexandria. Also surviving are sisters Tammy Ortega of Walnut Springs, Sheila Novak and husband Mike of Granbury, and Betty Blakley and husband Richard of Granbury.
