父亲刘良柱生于1938年。 父亲的早年童年是在澳门及广东度过，抗战期间随家人逃难于各地。 1949年随家人回归中国定居广州。 父亲大学毕业于华南化工学院食品工业专业后分配到广东海南工作，后与陈桂珍结婚， 婚后育有一女一子。 婚姻幸福家庭圆满工作顺利。 80年代移民美国依亲后定居于旧金山，经过努力逐渐安稳安居乐业。 在儿女长大成家立业离开后退休，与妻子两人在中国和美国两地度过多年的愉快晚年。

父亲是个热爱生活的人。早年学习音乐吉他及摄影，喜欢唱歌，喜欢美食, 动手能力强。大学期间为校摩托车队及篮球队队长。打篮球的兴趣一直保留到晚年经常在康乐中心见到他投篮的身影。晚年期间还学习股票投资。 他为人正直，淡泊名利。 对家人亲人关心关爱对后代淳淳教导， 与妻子相儒以沫五十余载。

父亲的身体于疫情前出现问题，经历了疫情多次医院治疗和坚持康复，他的健康状况还是日渐下降，于2023年九月五日早晨在疗养院安详安息，终年85岁。身后有遗孀桂珍，女儿芳儿子恒及孙子孙女。父亲您永远的活在我们心中。母亲永远的牵挂着您。 愿您一路走好平安，我们再见。

Liu Liang Zhu

Our father, Liu Liangzhu, was born in 1938. Our father spent his early childhood in Macau and Guangdong. During the Anti-Japanese War, his family fled various places. In 1949 his family settled in Guangzhou. After graduating from the South China Institute of Chemical Technology he was assigned to a job in Hainan, Guangdong. He married Guizhen and had a daughter and a son. Their Marriage was happy, their family was successful. The family later immigrated to the United States and settled in San Francisco later. He and his family worked hard and gradually settled down. After his children grew up and started their own families, he retired and spent many happy years of old age with his wife in China and the United States.

Our father was a man who enjoyed his life. He studied music, guitar, and photography in his early years. He liked singing, food and had strong hands-on skills. During college, he was the captain of the school's motorcycle team and basketball team. His interest in playing basketball remained until his later years, and he was often seen playing at the recreation center. In his later years, he also studied stock investments. He is a man of integrity and unswayed to fame and fortune. He cared deeply about his family and relatives, taught his children sincerely, and was deeply in love with his wife for more than fifty years.

Since 2019 our father had a few times of hospital stays and rehabilitation but his health continued to decline. He rested peacefully in a nursing home on the morning of September 5, 2023, at the age of 85. He is survived by his widow Guizhen, daughter Fang, son Heng, and his grandchildren. Father, you will always live in our hearts. Mother will always miss you. We’ll see you soon.
