William "Bill" E. Massengill, age 67, of Southaven, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the age of 67. Bill was born March 28, 1955 in Sterling, Illinois to Frank Massengill and Doris Brixley.
He loved his family, enjoyed fishing and walks in the park. He also loved sharing life lessons to friends and family.
Bill was preceded in death by Doris Brixley, his two brothers, Jerry and Danny, and his niece, Jen Massengill. He is survived by his daughters; Kansas and Chelsea Massengill and Christina Wilbanks. His grandchildren; Richard "Mathew" Morris, Jr., Marissa and McKenzie Morris, his father; Frank Massengill and step-father; Bob Brixley.
The family has planned a celebration of life and balloon release for 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 23,2023 at Central Park in Southaven, Mississippi.
A committal service with Military Honors for Bill will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at West Tennessee State Veteran Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill - Irene Rd., Memphis, TN 38125.
