MINNIE “Polly” JORDAN, 75, died May 24, 2012. She retired from Peoples Bank of Collierville after 25 years. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 29 and service 10 a.m. Wednesdays May 30, both at Collierville Funeral Home. Burial will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Jimmie Jordan and is survived by her son, Jimmy Lee Jordan, Jr.; daughters, Kay Slater (Mike), Brenda Berlin (Charles); five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pat Summit Foundation or Alzheimer’s Foundation.
