Charlie, may you rest in peace in that place that our Savior prepared for us when we depart this life. As a classmate, teammate and friend, I often think of those times we spent together with fond memories. I offer my prayers and deepest sympathy to Frankie and family.

There is a joy of knowing Charlie has been loved all his life by family, and classmates. I send my prayer that we all will be blessed by God while we pray for each other. I know our Father will give the family grace and peace.

Charlie was a special friend.  We joined the Army together.  I remained in and married a girl from Trieste, Italy.  Charlie and Frankie opened up their hearts to us.  Charlie told me that when I returned home (from Italy) that he would meet me with a heart full of love and an armload of brownies.  God bless my dear old friend, RIP.  God bless Frankie and family.

Wow so sorry to Frankie, Cliff, Sharon and Diane. We were such close friends for so many years. Charlie was such a great person. I loved him dearly as I do all of you. Too bad we are so far apart now I would love to see all of you. Thinking of you all, Love Donna

We were saddened to hear of Uncle Chase's passing. What a kind and loving person he was.  We have so many great memories of our trips back to Tennessee when we were kids to see you all.  Your trips out to California were always anticipated with such excitement.  One of my fondest memories was meeting Uncle Chase and Aunt Frankie in Arkansas at Aunt Bea's house when Grandma and Grandpa Horton came out to visit.  We had fun visiting, eating Aunt Bea's good cooking and watching the world series together.  We loved your Dad and we pray God will comfort you during this time of loss. May you hold close all the precious memories you have of a loving husband, father and grandfather!  He was a good man. Uncle Charles was truly a wonderful man. He loved his family very much and when we got the chance to visit Tennessee or your family to California we had a great time. He will be greatly missed. Your family are in our prayers. May the GOD of Grace & Love bring Peace & Confort to your family
