Roy Lee Loveday

Roy Lee Loveday was born to parents Cecil Roy Loveday and Doris Laverne Boswell on November 24th, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Roy grew up in Haltom City and graduated from Haltom High School and attended Texas Christian University. He was 76 years old. He is preceded in death by his parents Cecil R. Loveday and Doris Laverne Boswell Loveday and his other Mom, Olive Charlene Womble, his sister Pamela Joy Wise, and brother, Richard Glen Loveday.

Roy loved and served the Lord and wanted to share God's love with everyone he met. He had a passion for preaching and teaching God's Holy Word not only at home but in other countries as well. He had a heart for missions and people in need. He considered everyone he met to be his friend.

He enjoyed the beauty of nature, flying airplanes, and being on the water. He loved camping with his family. Roy was happy to help anyone in need. He had a joy for life and always saw the good in people. He was deeply devoted to his family and his ministry to others.

Roy is survived by his loving wife Victoria Lou Winbery: daughter Amanda Reeves and husband

Wesley, their sons Austin and Tyler; sons Aaron Loveday and Adam Loveday and wife, Nicole Wilson; daughter Alyssa Loveday; and sister Bobbie Jean Alphin and husband Danny, Sister in law, Becky Loveday, Sister in law Cherie Wilkinson and husband, Scott and Brother in law, David Winbery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family that he loved very much.

He will be deeply missed by all.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 10 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034.
