Lana Jeanette Richards

Lana Jeanette (Garvin) Richards, 46, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, departed Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Service: Celebration of her life service will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel on Monday March 16 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Sunday March 15 between 6:00-8:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville TX, 76034. Lana was brought into this world on August 1, 1968 in Garland Texas to Johnnie and Kenneth Dale Garvin. She graduated from Richland High School in 1985. Lana had numerous careers before she met and her loving husband Lewis on April 13, 2002. She received her Associates degree from Delta College (Michigan) in 2012, while working at Smith and Brooker Law firm in Bay City, Michigan. She moved back to “her” Texas in 2013, where she could have as much Whataburger as she could get. Thank you so very much to all of her friends and family for all of the support, prayers and love that they have given her over the past couple of years as she battled numerous illnesses. You all meant so very much to her! Survivors: Lana is survived by her husband Lewis, Mother: Johnnie Garvin, Brother: Kenneth Garvin, Children: David, Andrea, and Christina and Grandchildren: Chasen and Kenzee.
