Jarvis Lavar Williams

Jarvis LaVar Williams, a free-spirited soul passed away on November 30, 2024. He was born on January 8, 1989, to Charles Stanford and Cheryl Ann Williams, Jarvis was born one minute before his twin brother, and he took great pride in being the oldest. From the beginning, he was strong -willed, confident, eager to try new adventures and gentle.

Jarvis dedicated his life to his faith at an early age, becoming an active member of Saint Peter’s Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Howard W. Creecy Jr. He served as a youth usher and a Boy Scout. He later became a member of The Acts of Faith Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Micheal N. Harris where he also served as a usher.

Jarvis was educated in the Fulton County School System. He later pursued his higher education at Gordan College and received a heating and air certification from Georgia Piedmont College. He cherished life and lived it to the fullest. While Jarvis was a proud member of the UPS union workers of America for eight years. He enjoyed being a self-taught artist, a Lego master, named life of the party by his friends and loved spending invaluable time with his beloved family.

Three years ago, Jarvis faced his health challenge with courage and faith. He relied on God for complete healing, which came on the same day of his mother’s passing sixteen years ago. Jarvis is now resting with his savior and in his mother’s, arms taking his sweet eternal rest.

And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
