Seldon “Hank” Ward Jr., 72, of Titusville, FL passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Hank was born in Paintsville, KY and moved to Titusville in 1960. He retired from Florida Power and Light, Cape Canaveral Plant in 1993. During his retirement, Hank showed his love for antique cars restoring his 1936 Ford Sedan and was part of AACA Car Club in Titusville.
Hank’s memory is a special gift that will live on with all of us and those that had the good fortune to know him. He will always be remembered for his witty humor and love for antique cars. We are thankful for the time we had with him and will miss him greatly. Memories of Hank will fill our hearts with everlasting love.
Hank was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Joy, son, John Ward, daughter Joanne (Tim) Cooper, 4 grandchildren; Casey (Justin) Hopman, Bethany, Savannah, Colby, sister, Shirlene (Bob) Linkenhoker and brother-in-law James F. (Ramona) Rogers.
Graveside services will be held Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2 PM at Brevard Memorial Park.
