Roy Leon Stanton

Roy Leon Stanton, 94, of Rockledge, FL passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. Born in Carlisle, Indiana, Roy served honorable in the United States Navy. He later moved to Brevard County in 1960 to work in Quality Control as an Electronics Inspector at Kennedy Space Center.

Roy attended Faith Lutheran Church the last 15 years. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. Roy enjoyed flying remote control planes, fishing, and hunting when he could.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda J. Stanton in 1994 and second wife, Annette Stanton. He is survived by his children: Lois Stanton-Brown and Richard Stanton (wife, Rita); three grandchildren: Debbie, Scott, and Wanda Joyce; four great-grandchildren: Anthony, Vanessa, Brian, and Zackary.

Services will be held at Faith Lutheran Church on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Visitation will be from 10-10:30AM with service to begin at 10:30AM. Interment will follow services at Brevard Memorial Park.
