Judith Winslow Davis

Born on November 7, 1941, in Miami, Florida, Judi was the daughter of the late Charles and Margie McLaughlin. She is also predeceased by her older brother Jerry McLaughlin. She attended nursing school in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and received her degree as an LPN. She practiced nursing many years and always loved working with patients, newborns in the hospital nurseries and in many doctor’s offices.

Judi met the love of her life and beloved husband, Clint Davis of 58 years. Judi was known for her sweet spirit and beautiful smile. She loved the Lord and prayed for her family and friends every day. She dearly loved all her family and friends and her love of others was visible every day.

Judi loved scrapbooking, painting with oils, sewing, singing and especially cooking wonderful meals or sweet treats for everyone. She was always serving others in her family, church and community. She always placed others before herself and her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us.

Judi is survived by her husband Clint, her two children: Timothy (Ellen) Davis, and Julia (Bryan) Hallum; her five grandchildren: Jonathan (Candice) Davis, Kathleen (Chris) Althage, Christopher (Caitlin) Davis, Katelyn (Collin) Welch and Ashley Hallum; and her four great-grandchildren: Haley, Harper and Kyler Althage and Lucy Davis.

Services will be held at First Christian Church, 2880 West Jay Jay Road, Titusville Florida on Thursday, October 31, 2024. A viewing will precede the service from 9:45 am – 10:45 am, with a celebration of life at 11:00 am. A lunch reception will follow. A private family graveside service will be held at Brevard Memorial Park, 320 Spring Street in Cocoa at 2:00 pm.
