Joy Claudia King – Castro was born September 28th, 2016 in Las Vegas, NV to the union of Nakesha Hicks – King and Yerahmeel Castro.
Loving daughter of Nakesha, cherished sister of Yanell, Seraiah and Promise. Joy will be dearly missed by her grandmother Latonya Hicks, grandfather Lamont Cheatham, G-G, Mary Ann Hicks and great-uncle Larry. Pre-deceased by her great grandmother.
Joy enjoyed her family and loved her sisters and mommy very much. She loved to eat chocolate ice cream, lays chips, green beans and chicken. Her favorite color was purple. Joy attended Baby Land Preschool and daycare in Las Vegas, NV. She was a very happy baby and loved to help mommy around the kitchen. Joy attended Bread of Life Ministries of His Glory Church in Las Vegas, NV. Joy loved Hip-Hop music, The Princess and the Frog and wanted to be a Princess.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 12 noon.
