Richard Wayne Dvorak, 52, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Lela Dvorak and brother Bobby. He is survived by his daughter Sara, brothers, Billy, James, Ronnie, Michael and Frank, sisters Holly and Kimberly. Visitation will be Friday, August 26, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Restwood Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 27, 2011, at the Restwood Funeral Home Chapel.
