Shirley A. Wrubel, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the cherished wife of Sam Wrubel, with whom she shared 33 wonderful years of marriage. Shirley was the beloved mother of Sherri (Joseph) Sadlocha, Dayna (Timothy) Ansara and a proud grandmother to Kristen Sadlocha, Vincent Ansara, Nathan Ansara, and Isla Ansara. Her family was the center of her world, and she delighted in the time spent creating memories with them.
A woman of many passions, Shirley loved traveling, camping, and attending concerts. She had a green thumb and took great pride in her garden, which was a source of beauty and joy for her family and friends. Shirley’s cooking brought her family together and left lasting impressions of warmth and love.
Shirley’s big heart extended to her family pets and all animals, reflecting her gentle and compassionate spirit. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
