Born Cynthia Pauline Progle to Roseanne & John Progler on January 14, 1966. After the death of her father at 14 days old, Cindy was raised by her mother and step-father, Daniel Elwart, after her mom remarried.
She lived in Centerline eventually moved to Clinton Township where she lived and grew up, attending classes Clintondale School District. On October 8, 1994, she married the love of her life, Rudolph E Tuten. Together they lived and worked to start a family in Clinton Township, eventually moving to Sterling Heights and having a daughter, Miranda J. Tuten on January 27, 1998. They eventually moved back to Clinton Township where they live to this day.
Cindy worked as an Accounting Clerk for Amp Industries, and Asset Acceptance. After a hard, long struggle with Kidney Disease, her heart gave out on September 20, 2023 at 12:45pm. She is survived by her husband, Rudolph E Tuten of 28/29 years; daughter, Miranda J Tuten; mother and step-father, Roseanne and Daniel; older sister, Pamela Dotson. She is predeceased by her father, grandparents, father and mother in law, close uncle, great uncles and aunts, and close cousins. She will always be remembered as a kind level headed person that went out of her way to comfort others; she will be missed by many.
The family will greet guests from 1:00pm to 8:00pm with a 7:00pm Rosary Service on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, Michigan. Funeral services will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the above location. Deacon Mike Lang officiating. Interment at Christian Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Rochester, Michigan
