Christopher Michael,
I think about you a lot. Even more so with the anniversary of your passing just days away. You were such a good man. I always wanted to talk to you again. See how your life was going. Just check in. I can hear you now saying "why'd you use whole name". Like you used to do when I did that. I really hope you ended up happy. You deserved that.

Chris had such a happy personality…always and would do anything to make your day better.  I miss him saying “I love you too”.  One of a kind cousin.  I will forever miss him!

Over the years, I would try to find Chris on Facebook. Just to see how he was and where his life took him. I mentioned this to my best friend two days ago and she googled him. I'm so sad that I didn't get to talk to him, one more time. He was a beautiful man. A wonderful, kind thoughtful soul. I truly hope he was happy. He can never be replaced. I hope you are doing ok, and learning to get thru this life without him. Sincerely, Lisa 

I went to school with Chris. I remember  his dedication to sports. As a Catholic he is in my prayers.  I will have a Mass said for him.

So Chris is my cousin and like a brother!  Now that you are up in heaven, every time I think of you, all that I see is your smiling face and me saying that I love you and you saying I love you too!  You were truly one of a kind.  No one in my life came close to you!  So I have your obituary card in my kitchen, close to where I cook dinner every night and every time look at it, I say “Chris, get out of that card and back home where you belong - you shouldn’t be gone!”  My only response from you is your smiling face saying “I love you!”

So, sorry to hear about Christopher.   He was 15 years younger than me.  His mom was my cousin, Patsey.   So, I didn't hang out with him much at our family gatherings, but what I do remember was he was so kind and good to his mom.  To young to leave us.  Christine Wisniewski, Waldport, Oregon.  

I remember being a young kid going over to my grandma's house and my uncle always spoiling me with kings pizza and pop and anything I wanted from the store his heart was full of love and wish I could of had many many more memories with him I also remember when he was in desert storm and sent home homemade movies from the war talking to us I remember alot and loved my uncle very much and I will miss him a lot especially the times I missed out on over the years I love you unc fly high and continue to watch over uncle Paul and my dad Raymond lafave plz love til we see each other again rest easy.

Chris was always the first to laugh and bring happiness to any function or family gathering. He will be missed by family and friends.  May GOD provide comfort to all who knew him,  we pray he continues to laugh for eternity.  Sincerely and with gentle thoughts,  Dan and Patty

I remember being best man at his wedding, running from the cops in that old blue Z so we could make it back to Ft Carson on time, I remember him dropping off a hot breakfast for us when it was snowing in Graff (Germany), Chris and I have been friends since I met him in Germany back in the 80’s. He was a Sgt back then and I was a lowly spec4. Almost 40 years, he knew my 1st wife, 2nd wife, my son and all my family and I knew his. I had the pleasure of meeting his mother and sister many, many years ago, both sadly are gone now. I have yet to meet Paul and Raymond but I imagine I will soon. So sorry for this loss of a great man and friend to all. You will be loved and missed. Till I see you again wait for me on the green and we will have a few before we move on.
