Gloria Treat

Gloria was born on March 11, 1947 in New Haven, Connecticut and was the daughter of Gordon and Alice Downs Treat.

She was a home healthcare aid for many years before her retirement. Gloria was a social butterfly who enjoyed lunch with her friends and driving around to different thrift stores and shopping at some of her favorite places. But most of all she loved being with her family.

Gloria is survived by her son Frank Treat of Westbrook and her granddaughter Kayla Treat of Clinton. She is also survived by her sister Betty Treat of Westbrook. She was predeceased by her sister Nellie Johnson.

Friends and family may call on Friday, November 1st from 4-7 PM at the Swan funeral home 80 East Main St. in Clinton. Burial will be on Saturday November 2nd at Beaverdale Cemetery in New Haven.

Calling hours for Gloria will be held Friday, November 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Swan Funeral Home, 80 East Main Street, Clinton, CT 06413. A graveside service will occur Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Beaverdale Cemetery, 90 Pine Rock Ave, New Haven, CT.
