Evelyn D. Leake

Evelyn was the wife of the late George Robert Leake, daughter of the late Edward Dennison and Marie Harris Dennison, and stepmother Frances Dennison of Branford.

She is survived by her son Robert of West Hartford, his wife Jane, and grandsons, Matthew, Michael, and Andrew, nieces Marie McCormack of Florida, Judy Arrison, and husband Philip of Pennsylvania, Carol Salerno, and husband Michael of West Haven.

Evelyn is predeceased by brothers Walter Dennison of Hawaii, and Edward Dennison of Michigan.

She was a long-time parishioner, and one of the founding members of St. Alexis Orthodox Church in Clinton.

Evelyn was a past employee of Southern New England Telephone Co. and enjoyed volunteer work for the Guilford School System and Guilford Republican Party.

Funeral services will be held at St. Alexis Orthodox Church in Clinton on Saturday, November 2nd at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Alexis Orthodox Church.
