after a sudden illness, surrounded by his loving family on November 22, 2024, he was 54 years
old. He is survived by his loving mother Jackie Sweeney (nee Klemm) and his devoted step
father Robert P. Sweeney and his dear brothers and sisters, Kathleen, Joseph (Sarah), Patrick,
Robert, Maureen (Toby), John (Lisa) and Ruth Anne (Alex). He will be missed by his niece and
nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
A graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Cleveland State University. He followed his dream
and for the past 15 years he resided in San Jose California and worked as an Accounting Manager
for Cisco Corp.
His family is appreciative of all the support he received during this difficult time from the people
at Cisco, especially Noelle Palmer, his Director and friend, his co-worker and dear friend Amanda
Parsons and his friends in California. The support and love showered on him by his friends and
family in the Cleveland area during his last days were a wonderful testament to the kind of person
he was, he will be truly missed
Private funeral arrangements are being handled by Craciun Berry Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be held in the near future.
