Ronnie and family.  I just found out that Karen passed away.  Sorry to hear this.  I worked with her at Kmart, and my mom worked with her for years.  She was a sweet, sweet person.  I am so sorry to hear about her passing.

I am her granddaughter and she truly will be missed. I think of her everyday in the morning and the night. Sometimes I cry or laugh when thinking about her. But something I will miss most is going swimming in the pool, talking to her in the morning on the couch, making pancakes or just holding her hand. But I know she wants me to hold on to the memories. But I did want to say thank you for everyone who did write something about my grandma and I love hearing what you have to say about her!

I’m so very sorry to hear of Karen’s passing.  She was a wonderful person with great character and work ethic who loved, loved, loved her family so very much!  I will always consider her a friend more than a supervisor because she was so friendly and caring and such a sweet person (I worked with her at Lowe’s).  My deepest condolences to her loving family and her “work family,” as well.  She was truly loved and I hope she knew that.  May the Lord comfort the hearts of all those who are missing her and may the Lord grant you peace.  She will be in our hearts forever.  God bless you all.

Karen was a soulmate to my brother they were truly meant to be . Karen and I met in 9 grade  from there she met my brother . Dad decided  to move from Cleveland to WV my brother cried from Cleveland to WV listening to the eagles and I knew they would be together forever. Love you forever and always. My girl .  Theresa

The 12 years I spent working alongside Karen at Kmart were so enjoyable. She was hands down one of the hardest working people I've ever met, but what made her truly special was her wonderful heart. I always looked forward to working alongside her, and I cherished every break with her in the KCafe. We laughed, we cried, and we trusted one another wholeheartedly. I will always be grateful for her unconditional love. I am truly a better person because she entered my life. Her kindness and strength live on in me and all those she touched. My deepest sympathy to Ronnie, Amanda, Matt, and their entire family. 

Thoughts and Prayers To you Ron and your Family.  We go back along way and you loss is felt by Jan and I. Jan was saying how Karen and her would talk when we were at Maries.  Many Prayers are following Karen up to Heaven , and Heaven is a better Place.

Karen was a true friend to me. She was such a beam of light, always trying to be positive and kind. She laughed at all my nonsense and made me feel loved. I valued every moment we got to talk and laugh at work. She made every project seem fun. She always made it clear how much she cared. I'm thankful to have had a friend like her. My thoughts are with her sweet family that she so openly cherished. 

Dear Ron and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your wife Ron.  You talked about your family often and the grandchildren you enjoyed.  May your heart and your children's  heal and  fill with loving memmories.   My prayers are with you.

I worked with Karen at Kmart. She was there for me when I lost my Dad. She was a wonderful Lady. She Always had a smile and a hug for people. She will be Missed. Blessings to her family and friends that knew her.


Karen was such a wonderful friend and was truly loved by all who knew her. She will be missed so much! We talked and shared photos of our kids and grandkids she was an amazing family person and enjoyed every moment with them. She will remain a piece of my heart.
