John A Rivera Jr.

John A. Rivera also known as Anthony was born in Brooklyn, New York. His parents are Amelia “Amy” Yunker and John Anthony “Tony” Rivera. When he was younger his grandmother Amelia Aliquin raised him. His grandfather John B. Rivera was about to retire so he bought a home in Miami, Florida and Tony, Anthony’s father moved in. After 25 years of service John B. Rivera NYPD School Safety Officer retired and moved to Miami, Florida and he brought Anthony with him.

Taking on the passion of music from his grandfather, Anthony started rapping and composing techno music under the name of Jah fame. Starting up a small independent record label “Forever Prep Star Music” in 2009 and working in several food delivery services including Uber Eats. He also, worked as a line cook at Shake Shack and a postal clerk in GP Postal before finally going to school in 2015 to became a Security Officer. Once again following in his grandfather’s footsteps in law enforcement, he worked security for Kent Security, Custom Protection Security and Black Night Security.

Soon he fell in love and became engaged to Janelly Rivera and had a son John Anthony Rivera III. Meanwhile his father Tony bought a home in Cleveland Ohio.

So, Anthony decided to move his family from Miami, Florida to Cleveland, Ohio to be near his dad. Unfortunately, that became his final resting place. He is survived by his fiancé Janelly Rivera, his son John Anthony Rivera III. As well as his father John Anthony “Tony” Rivera and his aunt Mildred (Bita). As well as other countless family members.
