John was born in Slatina, Romania.

John Grosu, beloved father of John, Brian, and Christina. Loving son of Andrei and Lenuta. Dearest brother of Georgeta Bodea and Aurelia Giuglea. Dearest Uncle to Alexandra, Emily and Lavinus and friend of many.

John loved hunting and fishing and watching movies. He had a great sense of humor. He was a good person to talk to. His counsel will be greatly missed.

Family will receive friends Sunday December 15, 2024 from 3-7pm at Buna Vestire Romanian Orthodox Church 7140 Fitch Rd Olmsted Township 44138. Funeral services will be Monday December 16 at 10 AM at church; Burial Riverside cemetery.
