Dr. Fred Steven Glick, born August 20, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on April 22nd, 2024, at age 66. Fred was the son of Dr. Sidney Glick (deceased) and Beverly Glick, nephew of Elaine Smith and brother of Pamela Holstein (deceased) and Dr. Daniel Glick.
Fred was the beloved father of Jesse Glick, Chaz Glick and Maxwell Glick.
Fred will be especially missed by his ex-wife and dear friend Nicole Glick, his sister-in-law Fawn Peters-Glick, his nephew Dr. Sam Glick (Stephanie) and nieces Codi Holstein and Ali Glick.
Fred graduated cum laude from Boston University in 1979 and The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry, in 1983. After graduation, Fred Joined his father, Dr. Sidney Glick, in the practice of dentistry. Striving to always provide the best care for his patients, Fred was driven to remain apprised of advancements in dentistry throughout his career, attaining fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1997. Fred practiced in Solon, Ohio for 40 years and became known for his confidence and expertise in treatment planning and his reassuring chair-side manner. Fred was looking forward to welcoming his son Maxwell into the dental profession in 2026.
Nothing brought Fred more joy than spending time with his three sons and watching them succeed.
Services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, April 25th, at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Road in Cleveland Heights. Burial immediately following services at Mt. Olive Cemetery, 27855 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio 44139.
