Richard "Rick" William Bell passed away from a long illness on May 9, 2023 in Salisbury, NC. He is survived by his best friend and partner of 30 years, Michelle Bell, as well as several siblings, children and grandchildren. When in Melbourne, FL he could be found on an airboat or at a construction site and, when on the go, he always left his legacy wherever he lived. He will join his father and mother, J.B and Annie Bell, and his niece Sammy in heaven.
Friend & family are invited to attend the Four Oaks venue located at 142 N Main St, Mocksville, NC 27028 on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Light snacks & drinks will be served.
